How To Play
4D Game is a simple game of chance. To play, you just pick a 4-digit number, or 4D number, from the 10,000 possible numbers of 0000 to 9999. You win when the 4D number you picked matches one or more of the winning 4D numbers drawn by Magnum.
4D Winning Numbers
Each draw, 23 winning 4D numbers or prizes are drawn. Of the 23 winning 4D numbers drawn, three are selected as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize, ten are selected as Special Prizes, and the remaining ten as Consolation Prizes. These 5 different categories of Prizes carry different cash prizes. See Big & Small Forecasts below for more details.The 23 winning 4D numbers drawn may not be mutually exclusive. In other words, the same winning 4D number can be drawn more than once during a draw. In fact, though highly unlikely, it is theoretically possible that all the 23 winning 4D numbers drawn are indeed the same number!
4D Big & Small Forecasts
When playing 4D Game, you can choose to place your bets on either the Big Forecast or the Small Forecast. You can of course place bets on both Forecasts if you wish. The minimum bet for each Forecast is RM1.The Big Forecast gives you a higher chance to win prizes as there are a total of 23 winning 4D numbers to match with. For the same amount of bet, the Small Forecast pays higher cash prizes but offers you a lesser chance to win prizes as you can only match with the 3 winning 4D numbers drawn for the first three prizes.
Big Forecast: A higher chance of winning
With the Big Forecast, for every RM1 bet, the 1st Prize pays RM2,500, 2nd Prize RM1,000 and 3rd Prize RM500. In addition, each Special Prize pays RM200 and each Consolation Prize pays RM60.

Prize structure shown is effective from 1 January 2003.
However, as the same winning 4D number may be drawn more than once as earlier explained, you stand the chance to win more than one prize with RM1 bet! For example if you win both the 1st Prize and a Special Prize, the total cash prize will be the sum of RM2,500 + RM200. If you win all 23 prizes, you win RM6,600!
Small Forecast: A chance to win higher cash prizes
With the Small Forecast, as shown in the table below, they are only 3 prizes. For every RM1 bet, the 1st Prize pays RM3,500, 2nd Prize RM2,000 and 3rd Prize RM1,000.

As with the Big Forecast, you also stand the chance to win more than one prize with just RM1 bet! For example if you win both the 1st Prize and the 3rd Prize, the total cash prize will be the sum of RM3,500 + RM1,000. If you win all 3 prizes, you win RM6,500 with a mere RM1!

Fun & Easy Bets
When playing 4D Game, you may try the following ways to give you a higher chance of winning prizes.
“Roll Front” and “Roll Back”
Rolling the front or the 1st digit of your 4D number will generate a set of ten different 4D numbers that are different only by the 1st digit with the remaining last three digits identical. Rolling the back or 4th digit of your 4D number will in turn generate a set of ten different 4D numbers that are different only by the 4th digit. The minimum bet for “Roll Front” or “Roll Back” is RM10.00.
Permutation Bets
Try generating all possible permutations of your favourite 4D number. The number of possible permutations for a given 4D number depends on the number of unique digits in the 4D number.
Where all 4 digits are unique e.g. 1234 = 24 permutations Minimum Bet is RM24.00
Where 2 of the 4 digits are the same e.g. 1123 = 12 permutations Minimum Bet is RM12.00
Where there are 2 unique pairs of digits e.g. 1010 = 6 permutations Minimum Bet is RM6.00
Where 3 of the 4 digits are the same e.g. 3331 = 4 permutations Minimum Bet is RM4.00
Lucky-Pick Bets
On your request and for a minimum bet of just RM1.00, our computer system can also generate a lucky number just for you.
4D Draw Days
Every week, the Company conducts three regular draws. These regular draws are conducted on every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 7.00pm sharp.The Company may from time to time, whenever granted permission by the Treasury Department, conduct special draws. These draws are normally conducted on Tuesday and the draw dates are normally chosen to coincide with special occasions such as Chinese New Year, Mooncake Festival, Hungry Ghost Festival etc. Special draws are also conducted at 7.00pm sharp.
Buying 4D Tickets
You can buy 4D tickets at any of the 488 4D outlets located throughout Malaysia except in the states of Terengganu, Kelantan and Sabah. These outlets are operated by Magnum’s appointed 4D Agents. Except for Thursday, they are open throughout the week including Saturday and Sunday.
4D Tickets
When you place bets, you will receive one or more 4D tickets as receipt or proof of your purchase. Each 4D ticket carries the following particulars:

  • Draw ID
  • Date of Draw
  • Up to five 4D numbers picked
  • For each 4D number picked, the bet amount on Big Forecast and the bet amount on Small Forecast
  • Ticket Serial Number
  • Ticket Bar Code
Claiming Prizes
Prizes can be claimed either at Magnum 4D outlets or Magnum 4D state offices depending on the total prize amount of the ticket and the number of days that have lapsed since the draw. Follow the table below to determine where to claim your prize.

Important Notice: All winning tickets must be claimed within 6 months from the draw. All prizes which are not claimed within this 6-month validity period will be submitted to the Ministry of Finance.When claiming your prizes, you must present valid winning 4D tickets. A winning ticket is considered valid and acceptable for claim only if it satisfies all of the following conditions:

  • It is issued by Magnum Corporation Berhad or its’ appointed agents.
  • It is printed on genuine ticket stock or paper supplied by Magnum Corporation Berhad.
  • All particulars on the ticket are clear and legible.
  • All particulars on the ticket are identical in all aspects with those on the electronic copy recorded and kept on the Company’s computer system.
  • The ticket has not been altered, defaced, mutilated, torn or tampered with in any manner whatsoever.
  • The ticket has not already been cancelled as per the Company’s computer records.
  • The ticket has not already been claimed or paid as per the Company’s computer records.
  • The validity of ticket has not expired i.e. it is still within 6 months from the draw when the ticket is presented for claim.
  • The ticket must be able to pass all the Company’s security checks.
  • The above notwithstanding, the ticket must comply with and satisfy the requirements for a valid winning ticket as described under the Company’s Rules and Regulations.
